Since the early 1950s, we’ve provided outstanding
office solutions to clients in the Mid-Columbia, Eastern Washington, and Northeastern Oregon.
Headquartered in our 26,500-foot facility in Richland, Washington, Abadan provides the Managed IT Services, office printer and copier technology, managed print services, VoIP/cloud phone systems, as well as custom and wide-format printing. It took us a long time to get there and a lot of changes along the way. However, our basic approach to business hasn’t changed. Our goal is to be the leader in business technology and printing solutions in our region, fostering success in the digital age with cutting-edge, dependable solutions.

Our Story.
Founded by John Wills in 1953, the name "Abadan" was inspired by Mr. Wills' time in the U.S. Military, during which he was stationed in Abadan, Iran. Bob Best joined Abadan in 1974 and eventually acquired the Tri-Cities branch in 1987.
Over the years, Abadan has transformed with the times, however our commitment to our customers has never changed. In 2004, Bob’s son Tyler Best joined the company, gradually taking on more responsibilities. By 2017, Tyler and his wife Lindsay became the owners, continuing the family legacy.
Today, Abadan continues to serve our clients' office technology needs from its 26,500-foot headquarters in Richland, as well as our locations in Walla Walla and Selah.
